Hi Guys this is my very first blog and I figured out how to set it all up by myself (how great am I?). I am cheating a little as I am not even in Houston yet, but I just thought that I would sort it all out so it's ready to go for when I do get there.
Anyway I hope that those of you who come across this blog enjoy it and for those that know me I hope that it is up to your expectations (taking into account I am a complete novice).
I suppose I should explain the purpose of this blog a little. I am currently in the middle of training to be a Barrister and I have gained a place on a Pro-Bono Internship with a charity that works in helping Attorneys in the USA on Defending Capital cases (that is people that are, or may be sentenced to be put on Death Row).
I am very nervous and excited and just hope that I can rise to the challenge. This is an amazing cause to work for and I hope along with enjoyment this blog will help raise awareness of the problems there are out there (don't worry I won't go overboard on the Politics - I promise!).
